1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No additional shipping charges are applied to your orders.
- Courier Services: We partner with reliable couriers, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post, to ensure your package arrives safely.
2. Shipping Notifications
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
3. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays may cause some delays. We will notify you if there are significant delays with your shipment.
4. Order Status
You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our website. For guests who placed an order without creating an account, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details you provide are correct. Haus Of Quirk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 6. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed at customs, or failure to receive the package, we will notify you and offer the following options:
- Reshipping: We can reship the package at NO additional cost.
- Refund: We can refund the item cost without deducting any shipping charges.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, Haus Of Quirk is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, if your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame or appears to be lost, please contact us at connect@hausofquirk.com for assistance, and we will help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
8. Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or shipping restrictions. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There will be no additional shipping costs for split shipments.
9. Packaging
We take pride in ensuring that your Haus Of Quirk items arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging. We aim to minimize waste while ensuring the safety of your purchase during transit.
10. Pre-orders and Backorders
For any pre-ordered or backordered items, estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that these dates are subject to change, and we will notify you if there are any changes to the expected ship date.
11. Order Cancellations
