At Haus Of Quirk, we strive to ensure you love your quirky finds! However, if something isn't quite right, we’ve got you covered. Please review our comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth experience.

 

 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, our assigned shipping vendor will collect the item(s) from the same address to which it/ they were delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Partial COD Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth shopping experience and confirm genuine COD orders, a ₹199 advance payment is required for all Cash on Delivery purchases.

* The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
* Orders will be processed once the advance payment is completed.
* In case of size issues, customers can request an exchange as per our exchange policy.
* Our team may contact customers for order confirmation before dispatch.
* The ₹199 advance helps us reduce fake orders and maintain faster, better service for genuine customers.
* Orders refused at delivery or failed due to incorrect details/unavailability may not be eligible for refund of the advance amount.
